Process

The beginning steps are non-committal.  During the initial meeting, both the executive (plus others, if necessary) and Hilani talk over the current and future tasks needing support. It’s during that interaction the business relationship moves forward with a placement or a professional “best wishes” handshake is exchanged.

Contract

It's important to note EA operates at a higher caliber than a recruiting agency. It's a placement firm specializing in one area where immediate experience in the area is applied to the whole process. Plus, unlike traditional recruiters, EA charges a flat-service fee.  In charging a flat-service fee, the salary bargaining discussion becomes real vs. sales driven.  A legal contract binds both parties and the search for a well-rounded candidate begins.
